HROA Owner of the Year Award

This year's prestigious Gordon Rothacker Medal was held at Moonee Valley Racecourse on Saturday 17th November.
A bumper crowd of over 600 guests were there to celebrate the night, and the coinciding award winners.
Peter Manning was awarded the Gordon Rothacker Medal for his outstanding contribution to harness racing over his long and recognized career.
He continues to demonstrate excellence within his chosen field, and the HROA would like to congratulate him on his success, and wish him all the very best for his future.
The most exciting award for our association was the presentation of the 2006/07 Harness Racing Owners Association's "Owner of the Year" award.
For the second year in a row, the award was presented to the Craven family from Terang.
Loyal members of the HROA, the Cravens are a force to be reckoned with on the racetrack, and have made 'Jilliby' a household word amongst harness racing fraternities.
With 38 winners for the season, the Craven family were worthy winners of the award, and the HROA is proud to have their association and support.
