Custom Turning
Custom turning is a precision manufacturing process that shapes rotating workpieces on a lathe to create custom-designed components with accurate dimensions, smooth finishes, tight tolerances, and threads. It is widely used across industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, mining, industrial engineering, and hydraulic cylinder repairs. HROA can turn components up to 800mm in diameter.
Custom Machining & Milling
Bespoke machining is a specialised manufacturing process focused on precision milling and surfacing to produce custom, non-standard components. Using advanced equipment such as indexing heads and rotating tables, it delivers accurate machining of complex features with tight tolerances, consistent finishes, and reliable repeatability for industrial and engineering applications.
Line Boring & Honing
Line boring and honing are precision machining processes used to restore and align internal bores in large or complex components. Line boring corrects wear and misalignment, while honing refines the bore for tight tolerances, improved finish, and reliable performance. HROA can line bore sizes from 25mm to 450mm in diameter.
